Kentico - sales support on the real estate market

Dom Development S.A. is one of the largest and longest-running developers on the Polish market. The dynamic development of the group initiated the process of digital transformation and the need to create modern websites for all companies comprising the Group with consistent visual identification. The services have to guarantee:

• automation of the offer management process and sales support
• implementation of personalized communication, also adjusted to the users' location
• support of the offering process for the sales office
• ensuring the availability of offers on various types of devices

In response to our customer needs we have built the services on the basis of Kentico platform, which gave the possibility of central management and further scaling of the business

• We integrated it with the CRM MS Dynamics system for the presentation of current offer data
• We have implemented synchronous and asynchronous import of data, thanks to which the time of updating offers has been reduced to minimum
• We have implemented location recognition and offer personalization
• We have implemented a web application for the sales office, integrated with the website
• We have created a system which in a short time allows the implementation of new services, based on a scalable hosting environment with a cache system based on Cloudflare
• We have implemented full web analytics based on Matomo
