Introduction to Client’s needs and problems to be solved in the project. Initial understanding of the Client's business, strategy, challenges and project objectives.

This phase includes

• Client briefing - introduction to Client’s business, strategy, challenges and objectives
• Business leaders workshop - workshop with key business leaders on the client's side and competence leaders from the Infinity Group to get deeper understanding of expected outcomes and mapping available knowledge and resources
• Digital Maturity Assessment - application of appropriate tools and methodology to measure the Client’s Digital abilities and competence relative to the current standard of excellence

Deliverables

• Initial Review summary – document that summarizes understanding of Client’s needs and objectives, identifies scope of challenge and work to be concluded in the Diagnosis Phase
• Digital Maturity summary – document that summarizes the Client’s Digital abilities and competence relative to the current standard of excellence

Getting to know how the Client’s company currently generates costs and revenues and manages its competitive advantage in its current business model and making a critical assessment of the current level of digitalisation achieved.

This phase might include

• Customer LAB - Recognition and appraisal of our Client's key customer segments and provision of an independent reasoned assessment of potential future scenarios and outcomes
• Business LAB - A comprehensive analysis of the Client’s business model that helps to identify and understand the current sources of competitive advantage, revenues, costs. The full scope of this operation includes a thorough analysis of offer, channels, partners, infrastructure, business processes and costs
• Digital and technology LAB - Exposition of how digitalisation brings value to the business and what systems and technologies are underlying value delivery in all key business activities
• Competitive LAB - The analysis of key trends and changes that digitalisation and technology introduces to the client's particular market sector and how the competition uses digitalisation to create value and advantage

Deliverables

• Document summarising the analysis covering the conducted Diagnosis scope
• All elements of the Diagnosis phase can be conducted or only those that are relevant for that specific project case

Mapping what are the digital opportunities to increase the efficiency and advantage in the Client’s business model.

This phase includes

• Digitalisation opportunities - defining key digital elements (dynamics, trends, technologies and tools) that will influence the market and based on that how digitalisation can bring value to client’s business model
• Business changes definition – indication of possible sources of inefficiencies in the business model and defining how we can change that by means of digitalisation and technology
• Digitalisation strategy – prepared when the business challenge relates to several building blocks in the client’s business model; it’s business-focused recommendation of strategic directions and future scenarios with assessment of digitalisation and technology impact for strategic options

• Recommendation summary - document summarizing the analysis of Digitalisation Opportunities and Business Change Definition
• Digitalisation strategy - document with strategic directions, future scenarios and high-level, business-focused scope definition for Digital initiatives

Defining the high-level, business-focused scope for digital initiatives and general project definition.

This phase includes:

• General project definition - setting of necessary digitalisation initiatives, high level project requirements and resources needed
• RAID analysis - within the defined project scope
• Risks - events that can have an adverse impact if they occur
• Assumptions - things we assume are in place which contribute to the success of the project
• Issues - current matters that need to be considered and addressed
• Dependencies - other projects or triggers that the project depends on, or are a beneficiary of the project outcomes
